- Full Conference — $250.00 (Price increases to $299.00 after April 15)
- Full Conference + TEDS Alumni & Friends Dinner — $270.00 (Price increases to $319.00 after April 15, 2025)
- Single Day Rate: Tuesday — $100.00
- Single Day Rate: Wednesday — $100.00
- Single Day Rate: Thursday — $100.00
Registration Details
We look forward to having you at EFCA One 2025. Take note of these details as you prepare to register:
- You will need a name and email address for each registrant.
- You will need to provide payment with a credit card.
- If you plan to be a voting delegate, visit the 2025 Business Session website to learn more about the credentialed delegate process.
- All delegates need to be approved by 5 p.m. on June 5, 2025.
- Registration closes at 5 p.m. on June 5, 2025.
- By registering for EFCA One, you grant permission for any photographs of you to be used in EFCA communications.
Refund Policy
Emergencies arise and plans change. With this in mind, the following refund policy exists to both protect the conference from financial loss and deal with those changes that unexpectedly come up:
- February 1-June 5: 100% refund
- After June 5: No refund
To cancel your registration and request a refund, please email efcaone@efca.org.
Transfer Policy
Paid registrations may be transferred to another individual from your church. To request a transfer, please email efcaone@efca.org.
Payments cannot be transferred to future EFCA One conferences or other EFCA events.
Business Session Details
Voting participants (i.e. delegates) of the Business Session must have been registered for EFCA One and approved as a credentialed delegate by 5:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, June 5.
